Return and Refund Policy:

We at SmartDeskPh want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your furniture purchase, you may return it within 2 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom-made or personalized items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item. Please make sure to return the item in its original condition, with all parts and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to make sure it is in its original condition. We will then issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair of the item, or issue a refund if you prefer. Please note that we may ask for photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
